LazyPlayer

Support.

Setup help, compatibility and fixes. For anything else, email support@lazyplayer.app with your TV model. Never send playlist passwords or private stream links.

Set up a playlist

1. Open LazyPlayer on your TV and scan its QR code with your phone. 2. Paste an M3U URL, enter Xtream details or connect a BitTorrent magnet/.torrent URL on your phone. 3. When import finishes, select Start watching on the TV.

Manage everything afterward from your account: license status, playlists, hidden channels and logo overrides.

Before you pay

Android TV is the first platform; Samsung Tizen is in development and device testing. Email your exact TV model before buying — each TV needs its own license. Try your own streams during the 90-day demo: buffering depends on your source, connection and TV, and no player can guarantee buffer-free playback.

Common fixes

TV code not accepted. Use the code exactly as shown on the TV, including any install: prefix. Reinstalling gives the TV a new code — the old one cannot be reused.

Import seems stuck. Large playlists take a while; the account page shows import progress. A failed refresh keeps your last working library.

Paid but TV still locked. Open your account with the same TV code and check the License tab. If payment completed and the TV is still locked after a few minutes, email support with the TV code and PayPal receipt.
