Policy

Duplicate charges and payments that never unlocked the TV are refunded when reported within 30 days with the TV code and PayPal receipt. Monthly and yearly subscriptions cover their paid billing period and are not prorated. Cancel auto-renewal in your dashboard or PayPal to stop future payments; cancellation is separate from a refund request. Because each license is a per-TV digital good activated on payment, change-of-mind refunds are handled case by case.

How to request

Email support@lazyplayer.app with the TV code, the plan purchased and the PayPal transaction ID. Your order IDs are listed under Payment history in your account. PayPal's own buyer protection applies independently to every checkout.
